Au Pair Contracts

Some families and au pairs may wish to agree a contract before the stay begins. Here you will find contract templates you may wish to use when hiring an au pair.

While there is no official au pair contract for the UK and Ireland, the Council of Europe has drawn up a model contract for Au Pairs, click on the link to download the Council of Europe Au Pair Contract document.
